revival in Hong Kong
Monday, March 27, 2006

Just got back from a unity meeting in Hong Kong, it was not like any meeting I had ever been to before. In the past due to western "invasion" denominations have been very closed to each other, but one year ago a lady had a vision to open up a 24/7 prayer tower to pray for revival and unity in Hong Kong, since then it has grown into a continues prayer meeting run by 60 different churches all coming together to pray for Hong Kong.
After the meeting we met up with a few of the Hong Kong citizens and after a while realised a few things..... Hong Kong has brought into a lie of the Devil that it is dangerous to take bibles into China when it is actually rather safe, they also believe (as do a lot of the west) that bibles are no longer needed in China and can be purchased from any bookstore in China.

You can walk into any of the chuches all over China and buy 20 bibles then give away. The people who received them will not get into trouble. You save on transport cost and also don't have to carry the weight from HK. It is true that China needs the Word of God. This is another simplier way rather than to carry from HK. List of churches all over China can refer: http://www.chineseprotestantchurch.org/church.htm . this is not even the final list.

Thank you for that idea are you from Hong Kong? your english is very good. The problem whith your suggestion (although I will look into it) is that I need 50 million bibles in China and so can't realy purchase that many.
